Deputy Chairman & Trustee - John Dracup. John is known to many in the Club through his involvement in the Smithfield Shows during the 1980s and 1990s where he worked closely with the main ring demonstrations on meat quality. Having retired from his role as Livestock Procurement Director with the 2 Sisters Group covering the St Merryn businesses in Cornwall & Wales, and McIntosh Donald in Scotland, John joined in 2018 as Industry Strategy Director to lead the Smithfield Forum.
