Following the presentation in March this year of the Royal Smithfield Club's Bicentenary Trophy by HRH The Countess of Wessex to Heather Jenkins, we look to the UK’s meat and livestock industry to create a stimulating list of nominations for the award for 2019-20.
The aim of our Bicentenary Trophy award is to highlight the success of an individual or organisation who has made a significant contribution to the British meat and livestock industry for the benefit of the whole sector. Nominations close on 13th August 2019 with the independent selection panel meeting on 25th September to review all the nominations received from across the industry, from education and research through to producers, processors and retailers.
